MY LITTLE SANCTUARY

My treatment room is located in a purpose built studio at my home in Loughton. It is a calm and serene space, and is always lit by candle light and is enriched by a blend of essential oils which are diffused subtly into the air.

Each treatment begins with deep, healing breaths and clients are told to close their eyes, allowing them to drift off into a deep state of relaxation while I take care of their wellbeing needs.
